The virtual reality pack is an assistance tool for the handling, start-up and maintenance of the EcolCafé machine. It accompanies the line operator or maintenance technician through the various stages of start-up and provides information that complements the standard procedures.

Our digital production management package is based on professional software and partnership agreements with their publishers.
Several activities around ECOLCAFE are thus oriented towards the global management of products and stocks, customers and their orders: this is the ERP part.
It includes a website accessible from any smartphone to place orders online.

It is accompanied by a solution for managing flows and product batches: this is the MES.

Finally, a global supervision application allows for the control and restitution of data from the line: this is the SCADA. The ODOO, SEPASOFT and IGNITION software suites provide these complementary functions respectively.

On a production line, these exchanges are mainly used for production monitoring and control as well as for maintenance. The data is collected by communicating sensors and sent to the PLC for the management of the manufacturing process and to configuration and monitoring software for the monitoring of the functional status and for the supervision of the production line.

The maintenance of the systems is strongly modified because from the curative or preventive maintenance, we pass here to a predictive maintenance where the analysis of the data indicates the optimal moment to replace a failing part.

IFM moneo bridges the gap between the operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT) levels. The data generated by sensors in
