This system includes all the end-effectors, actuators, pre-actuators and sensors of a real system allowing the programming of a complete cycle of
sorting, closing and storing of cartons. This system has all the functions of an automated production system that meets the training requirements.
The system is integrated into our EcolPlast production line. In these areas, BEMA has innovative, interconnected training equipment that meets all training requirements.

The console enables TCP/IP communication to be implemented between a terminal and a robot.

The student will be able to :
- Write bits (0/1) to the DI[x] inputs of the robot.

On the briquette boxing application, the terminal gives the student the ability to change the quantity of briquettes to be palletised, to view the current number of briquettes and to display production defects.

The EcolGalia carton erector shapes pre-cut cartons (bottoms and lids) of different formats of the Galia type, and makes boxes for the storage of documents or others.

The load consists of a set of 10 metal plates of 20 kg. Each plate is shaped so that it can be stacked on top of each other and selected quickly by a pinning system (with central pin and through pin). Thus, by this simple system, loads can be selected from 20 to 20 kg (20, 40, 60 ...200 kg).

This bench is an important teaching aid. It can be the starting point for any test linking a motorisation to a moving mechanism.
Three adjustment parameters are available: speed variation, lateral and angular misalignments.
This bench allows measurements to be made in complete safety. These measurements can be of different types: voltage, current, power, temperature, vibration, noise, speed, alignment.
This diversity gives it a complete didactic approach. Its rear cabinet can accommodate about twenty test boards. The interchangeability of the boards allows a multitude of tasks to be organised at the teacher's convenience.

Homeopathic medicines are packaged to be adapted to the medical prescription: granules and globules being the pharmaceutical forms most commonly used in homeopathy, they are packaged in tubes whose size depends on the volume to be contained.
We speak of tubes of granules and doses. Unbreakable and neutral, the packaging of the granules and doses ensures perfect protection of the medicine. The preparation of homeopathic medicines is subject to very strict rules and complex technical constraints that guarantee optimal reliability and reproducibility. This system meets all the requirements of the Production Facility Operator, MSPC and PLP vocational diplomas.

The communication network of each system will be directly connected to the desk.
The desktop computer hosts the PC Vue for the supervision control.

This cabinet is designed to accommodate various boards up to 800 x 800 mm in size. It is designed to offer all the necessary safety features to validate the  wiring of a student board. This cabinet is designed to accommodate the boards marketed by BEMA but can also accommodate any other board.
Two types of cabinet: "Multi-operating part" and "Dedicated to a single operating part".
