Equipments

This system is integrated in a safety zone (dimensions 3900 mm x 5200 mm x H 2200 mm). 
The technologies used are hydraulic on/off, proportional flow and proportional pressure, electrical, and Ethernet Modbus, Ethernet IP and IO Link communication network. 
A graphic touch screen and analogue joysticks control the hydraulic arm, providing a complete didactic approach to both the world of hydraulics and Factory 4.0. The industrial richness of this equipment is confirmed by the implementation of a manual and an automatic control. 
All movements are possible after the plant has been switched on. The EcolBras is then used as a hydraulic bench. A touch panel allows the EcolBras to behave like a real robot: 
- Gripping an object 
- Moving along 3 axes 
- Removal of the object. 

The EcolControl machine is designed for measuring and sorting paper or wood briquettes for transfer, disposal or storage (with EcolStock).

This machine offers several expansion and supervision possibilities and is integrated in the EcolProd workshop. This station takes over the loading, dimensional measurement and control of the briquettes from ECOLPAP. The local control is carried out by a man/machine dialogue terminal and allows the choice of acceptance criteria, the display of alarms and their acknowledgement, access to the counters and totalisers of the cycles and parts produced, and the choice of production modes (normal and "despite everything").

This system is part of the EcolProd workshop but can be used alone or directly interconnected with the EcolPap, EcolRégul, and/or EcolManip systems. Our goal is to create a production control system that is suitable for all types of industry and that can also meet the requirements of the targeted training courses.

The EcolControl system is a training aid that can be used to introduce a large number of production control situations.
 

The EcolDecoupe machine allows the operator to manually feed a flat carton of size 297 mm x (210 to 420) mm. The cleat conveyor carries the carton under the die-cutting press. During this conveyance, if the "printing" option is included, the marking on two lines in a predetermined area is done by inkjet. As soon as the sheet is fed into the press, it is cut and creased by the action of the intermediate plate, which is driven by a hydraulic pressure of 25 tons. The shape of the cut and crease will be given by the tool mounted under the intermediate plate (interchangeable tools). After cutting, the sheet is carried out of the machine to a receiving plate (the cut will remain attached to the cardboard by micro-attachments). The operator will manually recover the cardboard sheet at the machine exit, disassemble the blank from its fasteners and form the box or cardboard lid.

The EcolPalette automated industrial system is designed to palletise panels on a pallet for shipment. This system uses a compact mechanisation and a totally recyclable raw material.

This system meets the requirements of maintenance training, but also of training courses that provide an introduction to engineering sciences and electrical engineering.
In addition to the complete teaching file provided, a multitude of practical exercises are available for other technical training courses.

ECOLPAP is a system for compacting waste paper from an A4 shredder.
It consists of seven functional sub-assemblies with complementary operations.
The shredded paper chips are compacted to form briquettes. They are then pushed one by one towards a filming unit associated with a thermo-regulated oven which ensures the shrinking of the film around the compacted shreds. This operation maintains the compactness of the briquettes and makes them easy to handle and re-group. The local control is carried out by a man/machine dialogue terminal which allows the manual start-up cycle, the visualisation of the adjustment cycle and the automatic production cycle, access to the counters and totalisers of the cycles and the pieces produced, access to the alarms and their acknowledgement, the choice of the production modes (normal and "despite everything").

With a weight of only 20 kg the Fanuc mini robot can be installed almost anywhere. Designed for handling loads of up to 4 kg at very high speeds. Range of motion with a maximum radius of 550 mm. With its streamlined design and cable routing inside the arm and wrist, it integrates perfectly with our Ecolplast production line.

In the EcolPlast line, the robot replaces the EcolManip manipulator.
The robot picks up the boxes from the EcolRegul system's belt using a pneumatic gripper.
A box, transported by a conveyor, is positioned in front of the robot. The cans are then positioned in the box. The EcolRobot is secured by a wire mesh enclosure.

EcolStock is a storage and retrieval system for briquettes. It consists of several separate functional sub-assemblies, including 1 to 4 double belts. The EcolStock is a system for the storage and removal of briquettes from the Econtrol.

The EcolStock system is a training aid for a large number of production control situations.

Correct alignment of machines results in increased production time, less bearing and seal noise, less vibration and lower maintenance costs.

The "Shaft and Pulley Alignment Bench" is a subsystem of the plastic waste shredder. It is intended to be used as a support for practising alignment adjustments of direct drive as well as indirect chain drive. It is equipped with a coaxial gearbox, self-aligning bearings, a handwheel with retractable handle, an elastic coupling with torque limiter and a rotary table allowing both types of transmission.
