Our overhead distribution system consists of a street curb for an S22 box and a pole. It provides the physical link between the aerial and the underground and allows the high and low current connections of the equipment. This distribution system is very important because it protects the connected equipment and ensures safety during interventions.

The EcolAffichage system is communicating, interoperable between modules and remotely controllable by a Smart Grid management. It has a sidewalk to allow the routing of low and high current pipes between other modules, in order to ensure the homogeneity of an educational set and a safety of use. The sidewalk-type base ensures the stability of the module without having to be fixed to the ground.
Our connected public display system is composed of a sidewalk with buffer lift and chamber protection and a steel totem with a plug-in grid for connected devices.

Our Parking Barrier system is a full-size model that allows the integration of M221 type industrial automatic gates with or without a drive. It is installed on a pavement where various sensors (current loop, barrier sensor, digicode, badge, etc.) are integrated to make it a real and open system. The students carry out different scenarios, for example the configuration of the car park guard station with the copying of the PLC HMI on a smartphone or tablet.
 

BEMA's educational street lighting solutions are professional solutions designed in partnership with well-known manufacturers in the sector (DEPAGNE and CITYLONE).

In the field, situations are all different between a village, a city district and an industrial or commercial area. The manufacturers adapt their solutions to the specifications of the customers and in fact do not have a standard solution but adaptable and reconfigurable solutions.

Based on this observation and market analysis, we have developed 3 "representative" solutions that are above all transferable to training situations with the constraints of our clients in the education and training market. These solutions use the most widely used and latest generation components. The evolution of the components is integrated with a constant concern for compatibility with existing installations.

The 360° Lighting add-on module is an ideal complement to our street lighting system for lighting a square or a town square. It consists of an industrial lighting mast and the accessories that can be associated with it are also industrial. It is fixed on a sidewalk and is connected to our street lighting system cabinet.

The traffic light system is an industrial product installed on the crossroads of our cities. The students carry out the professional activities on a real system with all the constraints related to the specificity of the context. The posts were adapted and installed on street pavements to create a ½ intersection.
The Ecofeux traffic light system allows the implementation of site preparation, electrical wiring (high current) and control (low current) activities. The students carry out installation and commissioning activities by carrying out measurements and tests.
It is perfectly suited to the MELEC apprenticeship and is an excellent complement to the training for the SN sections concerning the skills to be acquired on the activities of electrical networks.

The EcolPalette automated industrial system is designed to palletise panels on a pallet for shipment. This system uses a compact mechanisation and a totally recyclable raw material.

This system meets the requirements of maintenance training, but also of training courses that provide an introduction to engineering sciences and electrical engineering.
In addition to the complete teaching file provided, a multitude of practical exercises are available for other technical training courses.
Its wide range of configurations allows for a broad range of educational applications.
This machine offers several extension and supervision possibilities and is integrated into the EcolEmbal workshop.

The charging station integrated in our educational solution is used to charge an electric vehicle in public or company car parks. This terminal can be wired in mono (3.7 kW - 16 A or 7 kW - 32 A) or tri (11 kW - 16A or 22 kW - 32 A) and allows for energy management, load shedding with RFID badge control. This system is delivered with a test case for carrying out a charging sequence. It is equipped with a WEB server and is delivered with 10 RFID badges.

Our roadside video protection system is composed of three professional cameras installed on a post itself implanted on a pavement to represent a real situation. This system is connected to a local or remote control station which allows the videos filmed by the cameras to be viewed and recorded.
The cameras, two fixed and one motorised, can be set up in a tracking configuration.
The students install and wire the cameras, either with a copper or fibre optic link from the camera to the control station.
