The case sealer is a powerful equipment for closing series of cases of different sizes randomly. It is suitable for a wide variety of sizes.
Driven by 2 high and 2 low belts. It closes up to 15 cartons/minute. Equipped with an Accu glide II+TM applicator head, its patented curvilinear device applies the tape strongly with low impact. This provides better protection for the carton and its contents.
The carton sealer mechanises the closing of different sized cases in random order. Precise closing without damaging the cartons thanks to the Accu glide II+™ application head. 
Top/bottom drive: for a smooth passage of the cases.
Convenience: the bottom belt is eccentrically located under the conveyor for easy installation (optional). Manufacturing quality: welded frame.

EcolSab is a robust workshop operating part. This unit uses a compact mechanisation (length 0.70 m, width 0.65 m, height 1.20 m) and uses raw materials of insignificant cost: "sand + water". It heats a compact and heavy ingredient and mixes it to make it fluid and light. Its design allows the electrical influence of a variable charge to be demonstrated.
Three parameters come into play: shape and size of the blades, more or less important penetration of the blades in the sand, ease of mixing (more or less wet, more or less dry). The different configurations of the EcolSab offer cover a wide range of educational fields: mechanical engineering, maintenance, electrical engineering, automation.
