From a magazine with 3 cans, which are deposited manually, a can is selected and transported to the filling area.
At the end of each injection cycle, parts fall into the box. When the set quantity of parts is reached, the filled box is transported to its closing station by a a conveyor belt.


This machine offers a variety of pneumatic cylinders and a variety of communication networks.

From a magazine of 3 manually deposited lids, a lid is selected. It is picked up by a venturi gripper, transferred by a gantry with two pneumatic axes and placed on the box. Once closed, the box is transported to a storage area. The case packer is fully configurable for 2 types of boxes and 3 storage formats.

The EcolBroyeur system is a shredder for materials (thermoplastic parts, soap, wood branches, small electrical wires, etc.). Electromechanical system based on assembly/disassembly.
2 types of transmissions: indirect with chain and direct with torque limiter.
At the end of each injection cycle, the injection sprues fall into the chute linking the press to a granulator. This granulator can be operated continuously or intermittently depending on the number of sprues discharged. It converts the plastic residues into granules that can be reused in the process and can thus recycle all or part of the plastic parts produced into granules.

EcolCafé is a filling and sealing system for Nespresso® compatible coffee capsules. It allows the distribution of empty capsules, the adjustment of the fineness of the coffee grind, the dosage of the coffee and the application of the lid.
This machine can produce approximately 600 pods per hour in continuous production.
The system is eco-responsible, the capsules used are made of corn starch, biodegradable and their manufacture is optimised to use a minimum of energy.
The EcolCafé machine produces marketable capsules, the sale of which within the establishment can finance the operation and the consumables!

The injection moulding machine produces thermoplastic parts of different materials and shapes, depending on the moulds mounted on the machine. The plastic granules are manually placed in the mould and then pushed into the heating chamber (pneumatic circuit).

The melting of the granules (thermal control) allows the injection after the mould is closed (hydraulic circuit). The molten material fills the mould (hydraulic circuit). The opening of the mould allows for automatic ejection and debottlenecking (hydraulic circuit), with evacuation of the parts into a recovery chute.

The EcolManip system uses compact mechanisation. The technologies used are electric and pneumatic. The motors are brushless. These characteristics give it both an industrial dimension and a complete didactic approach.
The boxes arriving from the production line are picked up and placed in a box.
The possibilities obtained by programming concern the positions of the boxes forming a layer and the number of successive layers, crossed or not. Each box is picked up by a rotating suction cup gripper. It is positioned on the pallet along the X, Y, Z axes, all three of which are positionally controlled.

The EcolTri system ensures the storage, sorting and conveying of the injected parts, in this case tokens. A vibrating bowl provides a buffer stock of these chips and allows the production rate to be modulated without the need for an injection moulding machine.
A colour cell and a separator, mounted on the distribution belt, ensure the selection of parts by different colours. An optical cell counts the sorted parts.
The system is installed in the EcolPlast workshop, in line with the injection press. It can be used independently.
This system has all the functions of an automated production system that meets the training requirements.

The EcolCafé coffee pod control, weighing and sorting system allows the weight control of "Nespresso" type pods.
The pods are received at the exit of the Easycup coffee machine or directly by the operator, on 2 inclined rails. An optical fork allows the detection of the pod at the end of the rail. A bellows suction cup, mounted on a single-acting pneumatic cylinder with a 5cm stroke, is mounted on a horizontal linear axis equipped with a Brushless gear motor. This brushless motor is controlled by a Lexium 32 servo drive on a Can-open bus.
A control station in the middle of the machine is equipped with an electronic scale, connected to the M241 PLC. It allows to obtain the weight of the coffee pod. A "red" spout bin is used to receive the non-conforming pods. The pods are sent to two disposal areas according to the colour or weight of the capsule (Good/Acceptable - Customer A / Customer B).
